“Red Room”─ Case of Gallery Yamaguchi Kunst-Bau　2005

Confirmation of 'Existence by Absence' There must not be one , saying that 'Absence'. However, things do not exist only by it deciding it. It exists with some attributes. For instance, the apple on the desk is not seen without the light and shadow. Oppositely, the sound that you cannot see is not the one at all to rely on only aural. The voice word can not be passed as the case may be, and not exist in a free character either. It is my purport of this exhibition to make 'Existence' again by making object, sound, word, and these existence 'Absence' by various methods. Naomi Hamaguchi
