"素の味" primary taste (suno-aji)

I have read it "ajino-moto" when I wrote unintentionally "素の味"(motono-aji) in the note pad.
It makes a smile of my careless though I did by myself.
You should type the reading letters and transform when you write on the PC, but at the moment I noticed you write kanji unconsciously some time. I suppose the reason why is probably that kanji has already the shaped character itself.
Later I wondered how pronounce it "suno-aji" or "motono-aji" and read aloud, but I feel somehow difference. It is good as "素の味" of kanji itself is. or somehow different from the lost and explore how to read aloud later. Here are just "plain taste" is still a good representation of kanji.
If there is a classification that does not read kanji, I want to keep those places.
This time I install the works of taste like unread kanji. The title comes from this intention. "Kazushi Kusakabe 2009"
